During these classes, students get hands-on instruction in Dave’s kitchen using all-natural curd from Massachusetts and Vermont farms — all while sampling fresh mozzarella dishes paired with wines from Dave’s. At the end of the class, students get to take home the cheese they made during the class.

Classes cost $60, and both the April 17 and May 10 dates are currently sold out. But we love working with Dave’s, so future classes are in the works. Be the first to hear about classes by signing up for our email list below, and/or signing up for Dave’s newsletter.
